Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, the location strikes a perfect balance - close to attractions yet tranquil. Our family savored the cultural richness of this historic abode. the separate toilet and bathroom were convenient, ensuring everyone's comfort. Exploring nearby Nishiki Market and temples was a delight, easily accessible from the metro station a short walk away. Kaikoan's host, fluent in English, went above and beyond. She not only acquainted us with the intricacies of the house but also guided us through Kyoto's hidden gems. Our kids were thrilled with the entertainment options, indulging in activities that catered to their interests, making our stay truly memorable. Families seeking a blend of tradition and modernity, Kaikoan captures the essence of Kyoto's soul, offering a warm embrace to all who seek a genuine Japanese experience.
